The world of gastronomy met from January 19th to 23rd in Lyon for the 2023 SIRHA. Corman was present for the 21st edition of this show. The figures and the success are unprecedented with no less than 210,000 professionals gathered around 4,700 exhibitors, 7 stages and more than 80 Masterclasses.
The Corman device was also unprecedented. Our Chefs from La Maison de l’Excellence led the tastings of their creations and revealed our innovations to the greatest number of people.
Visitors also discovered the backstage of a radio show and not just any radio show: “RTL nous régale”. A culinary show broadcast on RTL was exceptionally held on our stand. With an incredible line-up of chefs behind the microphone, Thomas Subrin Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2019 boulangerie, Davy Tissot Bocuse d’Or 2012 and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2004 cuisine, Naïs Pirollet representing France for the Bocuse d’Or 2023, Sébastien Bouillet a great figure of Lyon pastry, Etienne Leroy world champion pastry 2017 and Jeffrey Cagnes Lescure ambassador.
